By accessing and using the services of Artistryworkshops, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully.

1. Purpose of the Service

Artistryworkshops provides B2B consulting services in executive training, corporate innovation and design thinking workshops, in-company facilitation, and coordination of business retreats. Services are provided exclusively to legal entities and professionals acting on behalf of companies.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client undertakes to provide truthful and complete information regarding training needs, participant profiles, and the conditions of the environment where the workshop will take place. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the availability of the technical and human resources necessary for the execution of the contracted service.

3. Limitation of Liability

Artistryworkshops shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of opportunities, or business results arising from the application of the methodologies taught. The workshops have a training and facilitation purpose; specific results depend on subsequent implementation by the client.

4. Intellectual Property

All teaching materials, syllabi, methodologies, and content provided during the workshops are the exclusive property of Artistryworkshops. Their reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without express written authorization is prohibited.

5. Cancellation and Modification

The client may cancel a contracted service with at least 10 business days' notice without penalty. After this period, the conditions agreed upon in the service order will apply. Artistryworkshops reserves the right to modify these terms, notifying clients 15 days in advance.

6. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
